Shipping Policy
We typically ship orders 1-2 weeks after payment and order confirmation. We deliver nationwide through J&T Express or LBC to ensure your items arrive safely and quickly. For Metro Manila, we also offer delivery via Lalamove or Grab.
Return and Refund Policy
Ensuring your satisfaction is our utmost priority, we are dedicated to getting your order right. However, should the need arise to return or redo your order, we have outlined some guidelines for your convenience.
If there’s an issue with your purchase—whether it deviates from the expected design, material, agreed-upon delivery date, or if the item is defective—we accept returns within 1 week from the delivery date. Please contact our sales representative and cc sales@caloysthriftshop.store.
If an item is out of stock due to a defect, we will inquire whether you prefer a replacement with an alternative or a refund.
Cancellations:
Please be aware that we cannot accept cancellations once an order is placed. If you decide to cancel after placing the order, a fee will be charged based on the progress of the order, up to the full amount if production has started.
